Quick delivery, tasty product - as usual

I ordered the Lamb shish and the garlic bread with cheese and both were great, also very quick delivery.I've ordered from them several times now and will do again.

I always order from Capri top class food and it never gives me the two bob bits!!

Way better value for money than any of the big franchises such as Domino's and (especially) Pizza Hut! The food was really tasty, there was plenty of it and the price was excellent.

Overall, the pizza was fairly good, and we received larger portions than what normally accompanies the price we paid. I'd order from Piccante again, but I think that there is some better pizza around.

I'm slightly embarrassed at how frequently I'm ordering from Piccante. Their pizzas are becoming my staple diet - they are just so good! Best pizzas in Battersea. Highly recommend. Just be prepared - they take around 45 mins to deliver so order promptly.

We ordered a Large Pizza and some Side chicken wings - I've been looking for years in the UK to find a good local pizza place that does oven baked pizzas with my favourite pizza toppings...Bacon, Banana and garlic! When I found Piccante does exactly this, I was most excited. The price was reasonable for a pizza large enough for 2 people, I'd have to say the pizza was more garlicy than expected, the bacon a bit on the salty side, and I was hoping for a little more banana (the bacon helping was on the generous side). However, the base was nice and thin, and I could taste the fact that it was oven baked. I'll definitely be back to try some of there other pizzas.

Order arrived very late - even taking account of the fact that it was a Friday evening, we should have been warned that it would take nearly two hours to arrive. Food was good when it arrived, but not very hot. I would eat there again but I would think twice before ordering a take-away.

All was fresh and tasty, unfortunatelt however the foccacia arrived too hard and crispy to eat!

I have been eating Piccante pizzas regularly for over two years, working my way through their extensive menu, and they are consistently excellent. I find that takeaway food is often rather salty, and Piccante are no exception, so the only possible area for improvement would be to hold a little on the salt. But the ingredients always seem fresh, and the toppings are generous. I have no reason to try any other restaurant!

The pizza took 1H30 to be delivered and it was cold when it arrived. The prices have increased, the fidelity points don't exist anymore and the pizza aren't better, the service neither. So there is no point to pay more than before

No complaints at all with the food. It was excellent. Delivery was extremely slow, however, nearly 2 hours.

Good stuff

Well, I am very disappointed with the service. The driver refused to bring the food to my door. I live on the 4th floor and I wanted my goods to be delivered to my house door as I can't walk properly due to an injury. I paid 3.95 puonds for the delivery service for not being delivered properly. I had to send my flatmate downstairs to get my stuff. The reason given by the driver was that he didn't want to leave his car on (the side of) the street. If I knew that I had to send someone else downstairs for me, I 'd have sent her to the off-licence down the road and I would have saved myself 3.95 delivery charge. £14.50 for a wine with no taste. Order arrived 45 minutes late with no apology and we had to ring to find out where it was. Not impressed...

They gave us the wrong pizzas, claimed it was our mistake and then delivered the replacements an hour late AND they forgot my 7Up...

It was nowhere near as good as i expected, i would definately nit recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My Pizza was a tad on the cooler side. Normally is fine as have ordered here before but it definately could have been warmer this time round.

I found the pizza was too cheesy but my kids love it! Bbq wings were yummy though. The delivery timeframe was spot on and the party feast deal are excellent value - 2 large pizzas, 6 bbq wings, a tub of choc ice cream, garlic bread and a bottle of coke for £22.45!

The burrito was not nice and got fried. Wasn't expecting much but this wasnt anything like a proper burrito.

The lunch set meal is really value for money, and the duck pizza is really good :)

Arrived in good time and hot

Their delivery is always late and what I mean by late is 2 hours! You are hungry and waiting for the delivery for 2 hours, incredibly awful service! Staff never tries to compensate their late delivery, even never apologizes and last time delivery staff said "I don't care about your late delivery"! Recently quality of food became awful because food is always cold because of late delivery and level of service is very low! If you don't want to waste your money never order from Pizza Monster!

God awful. Took longer than than promised and when it did finally show up it was soggy, Luke warm and looked like it had been thrown on the road, run over, sniffed by a dog with good taste and left in a gutter. Somewhere along the line a £1 delivery charge was chucked in just to add insult to injury. Pizza monster indeed.

Excellent value for money. Really light crisp thin base pizza, generous on the toppings. Very, very tasty Monster Special pizza. Chicken bites were lovely, not greasy and again, very tasty. Choc fudge cake is exactly that - Good when you want a chocolatey, cakey fix. Would not hesitate to order from here again.

The only thing I ask for beef they send me chicken but my family was happy with the mistake.

order was incorrect on delivery. 1 x drink not 2 as ordered! this was rectified by the delivery rider by purchasing the 2nd drink independently! the dips ordered were also wrong!

Well the quality of the food is good... not the best around by any stretch of the imagination but good enough for an enjoyable meal. However it is the value that sets the place aside from others. £9 will get you a good sized meal for two which is perfect for those end of the month treats when your cash is low. Very pleased. I also requested that the onion be replaced with garlic; this was done with no fuss and there was a good quantity of garlic so pleased with the customer service.

Exceptional as ever. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The worst pizza ever!! 2nd and last time from this place, confused the name with olivia dolce wich if great instead. Needed to trough away 1 full pizza. Can you put a ban button fire bad restaurants so I know in future I didn't like a place?

Extremely high quality restaurant and service. The prices are slightly more on the premium side, however this is perfectly justified by the quality you receive. The delivery was faster than expected, the driver was extraordinarily friendly, and the food was very warm. In addition, the portion size is large and the quality of the meat (in our case chicken) was definitely above expectations. All in all, a really great customer experience - one that could (and should) set an example for others! Will definitely re-order from them.

Pains me to give such a poor rating. After praising their Squid/calamari pasta, I ordered it another couple of times. This is the second time that they didn't deliver what was ordered. The first time they rang me to let me know, the second time, i didn't receive a call and instead received aubegine pasta even though i ordered the squid/calamari. It is doubtful that I would order from them again. No refund on either of the two times they didn't deliver what I asked for. Not impressed. It's a shame.

I absolutely love the pasta with squid - it's delicious! I like the food a lot as it's pasta aldente (excuse the spelling) and the flavours are delicious - simple food cooked very very well!

Food was good but had to pop it in the microwave first because it was cold on arrival. Service was excellent though, very friendly and polite delivery boy who wished me a good weekend. Will be ordering from them again but will be prepared to have to warm it up first!!

Regano pizza are exactly what you'd expect from a delivered pizza place. It's not gourmet but very consistent in its quality.

Pizza was cold, as was the bacon and cheese wedges which tasted awful! It was the BBQ SPARE RIBS THAT SAVED THE DAY.

The pizza was delicous - you could tell it was cooked in a proper pizza oven. The tomatoes on the pizza were fresh. I ordered the Americana which was pleasantly hot rather than too hot or too mild. Perfect pizza, we have thrown all our other pizza menus away. We will only be ordering from here from now on.

Original Italian pizza- BBQ wings also amazing, overall, I really enjoyed their menu.

Food tastes very good, can't really fault them there (though the garlic bread pizza which comes with many of their meal deals is pretty tasteless). The pizza's excellent though. When I ate from here last night the food took a very long time to be delivered and was warm at a push. The delivery guy also said somebody pushed him and that's why my can of drink was broken and leaking (no offer or mention of a replacement - I'm thinking the guy dropped it and didn't want to admit it). He was friendly enough but still bad service!

Pizzas were good, toppings very tasty specially the Parma ham. Very quick delivery (25 min!)

The pizza base is one of the best we tried from pizza takeaways in London. And this is coming from an native Italian.

I like to think of myself as somewhat of a takeaway pizza aficionado and I can honestly say this was the most traumatic pizza experience I've ever endured. Basically the pizza took over 2 hours to arrive and when it did I received no apology from the delivery man who had the cheek to still expect a tip. If the pizza had been good I would have been able to forgive this poor service but it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Tasteless. Greasy. Inedible. Worst pizza delivery joint ever.

Pizza took over an hour to deliver. Although it was a Saturday night and it was raining which might have slowed the delivery down. Apart from that the food was pretty good.
