Takeaway delivery restaurants in Fulham and Parson's Green

The absolute WORST!!!!! customer service ever received. We are regular customers and the driver delivered our order to the wrong house. When called to inquire, the business representative called us (1) liars (2) used profanity (3) refused to refund OR give us food. What can I say, they lost regular business from us.

Terrible food, terrible service.. In fairness we have made several orders from Capri Pizza in the past and the service and food have been above average. This order however was AWFUL..! Food arrived barely luke warm, the garlic bread (which is normally nice.!) had been made with stale bread and although we ordered a Veggie Taco and requested no mushrooms it was sent with literally nothing but mushrooms. I called to complain and the language barrier proved difficult in itself but I was abruptly informed that my order was correct but he would send a driver out with replacement Garlic Bread.! I explained that we were regular customers but clearly that didn't make a difference.! DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM HERE.. Trust me there are far better places who appreciate your custom..!!

hot, delicious and quick.....these were some of the words said by my kids after eating our kebab's ordered from this establishment. We would not hesitate in ordering again from Capri

First time we ordered from these guys and its a good price but The pizzas were a bit un-cooked and you could taste the flower which ruined the taste a bit.

The food was so disgusting I threw it away. The kebab meat was cold and dry with salad mostly consisting of onion. I don't know what the cheesecake was but it wasn't cheesecake. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I ordered the Lamb shish and the garlic bread with cheese and both were great, also very quick delivery.I've ordered from them several times now and will do again.

Very friendly staff, gave me a call to confirm my order and make sure I knew where the restaurant was (as I was collecting)! The california roll is excellent - a good size and held up to my completely inept chopsticking! I would have liked more wasabi on the side, but I didn't ask so of course I didn't get. Lovely fresh food, definitely going again soon. Recommended!

Not bad. Chicken a little too salty & too many herbs in the dauphinoise. For some reason the breast was delicious - very tender but the leg had been cooked & cooked which made it rather rock-like (my daughter, who prefers leg to breast complained)....chips excellent.

They sent me coke as opposed to the diet coke I ordered. Then never refunded me when they promised they would...

Food was really good, delivery was done before the specified time (I was in shock!). The price is a little expensive (one of the cons of healtier foods i guess compared to fried garbage). All in all will do another order this week most likely!

The meal took two hours to be delivered. When I phoned the restaurant to find out where the order was they were unhelpful and said they didn't know and couldn't get hold of the driver. They couldn't even tell me if the order had left the restaurant. When the food eventually turned up it was cold and the chicken was really dry. Very dissapointed.

Very quick delivery. Order a few time and was always fast. Can be a bit pricy though.

safe good meal with the chicken burger and merguez baguette. they changed their fries to the thicker ones i personally preferred the older thin ones.

Great service. Some of the food was cold on arrival (unusual for these guys) and they couldn't have been more willing to resolve the problem. Best Chinese takeaway around with service to match!

Fast and good food and service

The order arrived very promptly (within 20-25 minutes on a Saturday night). The food was generally very good (the crispy seaweed was utterly delicious as was the thai chicken curry, the yellow bean sauce with the deep fried tofu was too heavily salted and reduced, but the roasted cashews included were great) and the portion sizes were perfect.

Excellent, tasty and hot. Bit frustrating getting set up on the hungryhouse system but we got there in the end but the food was great. Would definitely order again.

My order took 1h15 to arrive and of course the food was barely warm. To be fair I have to say it was on New Year's Eve, but that doesn't explain the rest: Even though I love very hot food I asked for mild chili sauce this time, but both my lamb kebab and falafel were soaking in hot chili sauce (it looked like harissa paste), completely covering the taste. The lamb was very dry. Not big chucks of meet as expected but rather thin slices. Both serves (medium lamb kebab and medium falafel) were quite small. This was the worse kebab and probably one of the worse meal I've ever had.
