I'm slightly embarrassed at how frequently I'm ordering from Piccante. Their pizzas are becoming my staple diet - they are just so good! Best pizzas in Battersea. Highly recommend. Just be prepared - they take around 45 mins to deliver so order promptly.

We ordered a Large Pizza and some Side chicken wings - I've been looking for years in the UK to find a good local pizza place that does oven baked pizzas with my favourite pizza toppings...Bacon, Banana and garlic! When I found Piccante does exactly this, I was most excited. The price was reasonable for a pizza large enough for 2 people, I'd have to say the pizza was more garlicy than expected, the bacon a bit on the salty side, and I was hoping for a little more banana (the bacon helping was on the generous side). However, the base was nice and thin, and I could taste the fact that it was oven baked. I'll definitely be back to try some of there other pizzas.

Order arrived very late - even taking account of the fact that it was a Friday evening, we should have been warned that it would take nearly two hours to arrive. Food was good when it arrived, but not very hot. I would eat there again but I would think twice before ordering a take-away.

All was fresh and tasty, unfortunatelt however the foccacia arrived too hard and crispy to eat!

I have been eating Piccante pizzas regularly for over two years, working my way through their extensive menu, and they are consistently excellent. I find that takeaway food is often rather salty, and Piccante are no exception, so the only possible area for improvement would be to hold a little on the salt. But the ingredients always seem fresh, and the toppings are generous. I have no reason to try any other restaurant!

The pizza took 1H30 to be delivered and it was cold when it arrived. The prices have increased, the fidelity points don't exist anymore and the pizza aren't better, the service neither. So there is no point to pay more than before

I had the duck noodle soup which was a good portion size. My friend had the chicken katsu curry which she liked but could not finish (due to the good portion size!). I wasn't sold on my squid gyoza which I was only trying as I hadn't had it before, but apparently the prawn gyoza was delicious. This is the first time ordering Japanese from a takeaway as you never know if it will be value for money but I will be ordering from Ta-Maki again.

Great Sushi!

Great, great sushi and rolls. The only thing I found was that the curry was a bit salty, but that wasn't what we were concentrating on!

Really great sushi, and a great big portion of Katsu curry chicken, arrived promptly and we got great value for money.

The sushi and gyoza that we ordered were absolutely delicious...definitely wanted more once we finished, despite being full! Will definitely order from Ta-Maki and reccomend it to anyone. Enjoy!

I only have one comment, not enough sauce. But then again, the fact there was not a lot means that it was healthier. Either yeah happy with the meal. Will order from you again!

Always amazing

Food was really good, delivery was done before the specified time (I was in shock!). The price is a little expensive (one of the cons of healtier foods i guess compared to fried garbage). All in all will do another order this week most likely!

The meal took two hours to be delivered. When I phoned the restaurant to find out where the order was they were unhelpful and said they didn't know and couldn't get hold of the driver. They couldn't even tell me if the order had left the restaurant. When the food eventually turned up it was cold and the chicken was really dry. Very dissapointed.

safe good meal with the chicken burger and merguez baguette. they changed their fries to the thicker ones i personally preferred the older thin ones.

NEVER ordering from here again - the food quality itself - chips are stale, soggy and cold - chicken baguette had half the amount of chicken it used to - but mostly, the driver, who was perfectly nice, decided to charge me an extra £3 extra on arrival "for delivery"!!! He said that they don't deliver to my area - which is nonsense, as I've ordered many times before - and besides, I've placed the order online using my postcode so it's not my fault they've advertised postcodes they don't want to deliver to..!! He ended up "only" charging me £1.50 extra, which is still absurd - in the end cost me £18 for some stale chips and a chicken baguette! Shocking. DO NOT ORDER from here. It's a shame as I used to like it very much.

we love this place. the food is fabulous. and we cant get enough of the prawns to start are a favourite of ours along with the cheesy garlic bread.mmm. as a main the samoln and pasta wins hands down. if there is something you wish not to have in your dish, they do try to meet your wishes. we enjoy getting food from here.. yummy food people, dip your toes in some real awesome food. Well, I am very disappointed with the service. The driver refused to bring the food to my door. I live on the 4th floor and I wanted my goods to be delivered to my house door as I can't walk properly due to an injury. I paid 3.95 puonds for the delivery service for not being delivered properly. I had to send my flatmate downstairs to get my stuff. The reason given by the driver was that he didn't want to leave his car on (the side of) the street. If I knew that I had to send someone else downstairs for me, I 'd have sent her to the off-licence down the road and I would have saved myself 3.95 delivery charge. £14.50 for a wine with no taste. We ordered from this restaurant last night and were very disappointed. It arrived 35 minutes early, before we got home. We called and asked for it to be delivered at the time we specified. A rude man agreed. It then came an hour later, clearly reheated. The pizza was rubbery and greasy and the pasta was not what we asked for. It ended up in the bin. Terrible service and reheated food.

You could tell the dough wasn't fresh. Toppings were standard. I added an extra topping for £1.25 and they forgot to put it on. Delivery man didn't have enough change so I let him off. Obviously a pizza is simple to make so it still tasted ok. Overall the ingredients just weren't fresh enough.

It was nowhere near as good as i expected, i would definately nit recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My Pizza was a tad on the cooler side. Normally is fine as have ordered here before but it definately could have been warmer this time round.

I found the pizza was too cheesy but my kids love it! Bbq wings were yummy though. The delivery timeframe was spot on and the party feast deal are excellent value - 2 large pizzas, 6 bbq wings, a tub of choc ice cream, garlic bread and a bottle of coke for £22.45!

The burrito was not nice and got fried. Wasn't expecting much but this wasnt anything like a proper burrito.

The lunch set meal is really value for money, and the duck pizza is really good :)

Pasta was not nice but I guess that's what you get from a mainly kebab and pizza place. The rest of the food was very good and delivered hot and fresh with the correct sauces and salt and ketchup and the food arrived in good time. Staff are polite on the phone and at the door. I was impressed. I will use again.

We ordered burger & chips and scampi & chips. Order took 45 minutes to arrive and was pretty warm. Quality of food was average but not bad if you just want something lazy.

Enjoyed No. 10 dinner. Ordered 30 pounds worth for two MASSIVE eaters and we couldn't finish it. We'll be back. Dim sum platter was very tasty, duck on rice was not the best I've ever had, aubergine dish was delicious, chicken chow mein and egg fried rice were not greasy and very tasty.

we ordered dinner at 7:40 pm and it was delivered at 9:30 pm. There was no apology and when I called, they were just not bothered to be helpful. And the food looked like it was prepared in a hurry and sent to us. I called and explained to her that we have 2 small children and she just did nothing. very bad experience, will never order food from them again.

Food arrived stone cold. Even though the restaurant is only 5 minutes away.

Very quick service, food nice and hot on arrival. I guess the only down side was the spare ribs were so tough to eat we threw them away....simply not cooked anywhere near long enough or they used poor quality ribs. That aside, we enjoyed the remainder (set meal for 2) and would try them again.

Unliker our neigbourhood chinese takeaway food was excellent. Every dish was very tasty. Delivery was very slow though as we had to wait one hour...

Food took nearly two hours to arrive and when it did the plum sauce to go with the dick was all over everything else. The driver was trying to assure me that it was 'fine'. To be fair the manager turned up personally to delivery my soup that had been missed and refunded me for the order in full. The delivery guy was new and got lost. A shame really as it was a last meal with some friends and we couldn't enjoy it. I guess everyone has a bad day.

My favourite Chinese on Hungryhouse so far. Delivered piping hot, in a reasonable time frame, generous portions, and good quality, fresh food.

Vert good crispa duck

Some of the best Chinese food I've ordered via Hungry House to date - definitely recommend it! Plenty of vegetables in the main dish, the quarter duck was a really generous serving, and the prawn toast was nice and crispy. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Eastern Star :)

Prompt delivery with a smile, fresh crispy spring rolls and spicy squid rings deep fried to perfection. not to mention the succulent pieces of duck in my curry and the juicy pork balls in the home made sweet and sour sauce. I was in chinese takeaway heaven after my meal from Eastern Star. Will definitely be ordering again.

By far the best Chinese delivery I have had in a long time. The food tastes fresh, the portions are huge and it lacks the grease you find in other takeaways. I also recommend trying a few of the Malaysian style dishes. Authentic and delicious.

Prawns were chewy, ate one and had to bin the rest, the whole meal tasted re-heated and the rice was cold. I personally wouldn't eat here again.

Bland flavour, tasted like nothing! Way too much sauce on the Chicken stirfry! Chicken tasted like rubber! So gross!

The driver was very courteous and patient - due to a fire drill, all entrances were locked when he arrived and he waited without complaint. The food was warm when delivered. The dim sum was ok. However, the second dish was incorrect: instead of spicy Szechuan chicken, I received a sweet and sour (mostly sweet) chicken, overloaded with pineapples, clearly a very different dish! When I called the restaurant to notify them, the chef (via an intermediary) let it be known that the dishes are very similar and so even though I thought that the meal I had receivedl ooked (and tasted!) like sweet and sour chicken, it was in fact spicy/crispy Szechuan chicken! The chef was either (a) being patronising or (b) unable to tell the difference between these two dishes. As for me: first time customer, last time customer. Apart from the driver, not a good first time experience.

Food was good! Thought the egg fried rice was a bit anaemic but actually it was really nice and eggy! The sweet and sour sauce was a lil chemical tasting. All in all a good casual Chinese.

The crispy duck was very good- pretty large portion on the bone, quite crispy and tasty with plenty of of pancakes but not enough hoi sin sauce-wouldnt have been enough for two. The cucumber and spring onion portion was sparce too. My father stated he did not enjoy his beefin black bean sauce however my partner enjoyed his sweet and sour chicken hong king style, I would order from these guys again but would ask for more hoi sin sauce and cucumber. Ariived quickley too within 30 mins

Food came super quick within 15 minutes of me ordering....and was well priced, hot and taste good....spicy spare ribs were good and there noodles were good as well.....portion sizes were good as well for the price paid....would order from golden city again...

Food arrived very quickly, piping hot and correct. the madras fish curry was lovely, as was the chicken curry. The keema nan was tasty. Good value for money, the nicest Indian takeaway I have had for a long time, not greasy or fatty and will def recommend and order from again.

Been ordering from these guys almost every week . To speak the truth from their huge selections I can´t really control my temptation not to try their food, even if i phone them and they make the food of my taste. I really love their CURRIES, Yummy Tandoori Mixed Grill don´t know where to stop and the portion is really big more than enough for any individuals . wish them all the best and hope they carry on delivering customers the BEST FOOD AND SERVICE in this area .

The pizza didn't have any chicken, also is the second time we had this problem i will not order again...

My order was placed on a Saturday night at around 8:30pm so perhaps it was busy, but from my end it looked like a total shambles. The order was very late, and when it arrived the delivery driver didn't know which one it was, so we had to go through everything in his box including opening up various items to find my order, which turned out to be in its own container. But after all this, my food was lukewarm at best, and I imagine that all the other orders delivered on that trip were worse. I have ordered from Pizza Gogo before and normally they're pretty good, so hopefully this was just an aberration.

Order not delivered and have been charged so won't be using the service again!

I use this restaurant regularly and haven't had any cause for complaint. The food is good and any special requirements are always dealt with easily. The service is excellent and I intend to carry on using them.

Little bit average to be honest. Took forever to turn up, the starters were about a 7, the chilli beef an 8 and the Thai Green Curry a 1 - it wasn't even green - maybe my fault for ordering Thai food from a Chinese restaurant

Excellent as usual. Delivery was extremely quick. Generous portions of everything, especially the duck. Also quite pleased that the 'house white' was actually a good quality Jacobs Creek.

The service was good. The ribs were lovely, very tender and perfectly spiced. I'd call it average Chinese food but to be fair it feels like a little more care goes into their cooking.

It was my first time ordering from London Pizza Experts and must say it was amazing! The pizzas arrived still very warm and crispy, the pizzas didn't leave a heavy feeling in your stomach and the toppings were fresh. It is a little expensive but worth it. I will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!!
