The food was ok, but not as tasty as I expected. Had to warm it up a bit in the microwave as lukewarm when arrived. The pattie was very disappointing. Vegetable patties can be delicious, but I don't know what brand this one was. Not nice! It arrived within a reasonable time, so that was good. However, the lady that delivered obviously doesn't understand that it's not just about the food; good service goes a long way to acquiring repeat custom, even if you're just the driver. When she arrived she looked vexed, just handed me the bag ignoring my greeting and walked off. Not impressed! Walking up 2 flights of stairs is no excuse! Having a bad day or other issue is unfortunate but also no excuse. On that basis I will not be ordering from them again.

Without a doubt the best Caribbean takeaway I have had. Not only was it hot on arrival it was also cooked with care and by someone who knew how to add spices and seasoning rather than just a handful of ground black pepper to flavour the food. Absolutely and without question a first class meal and the lady answering the phone tonight was a credit to your company - So if you're looking to experience Caribbean cuisine, save yourself time, money and energy and look no further than the Caribbean Hut.

Everything was very good my one criticism and please take it constructively is that there seems to be a big waiting period from when food is ordered and when it is received. Also, I would say that on the whole the curry goat/mutton is way to hot, maybe you could consider offering a milder version alongside the current one.

The ordering of the food was extremely simple and easy to do. The food on arrival was hot and exactly as ordered. The true taste of the caribbean could be savoured in each mouthful and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted to experience caribbean cuisine at its best.
