Takeaway delivery restaurants in Swansea

Placed the order at 18:45. Should have arrived by 20:25. Actually arrived at 21:05! Reason for being 40 minutes late. It's raining. Unacceptable. Very poor!

The food was excellent, but it took over two hours to arrive. I'd consider phoning the restaurant after having the confirmation email, just to make sure your not forgotten.

We ended up cancelling our order. Almost 2 hours to deliver. We phoned after an hour or so and they said they were on their way. Clearly a lie as we live a 5 minute drive away. We phoned again and they put the phone down on us. Poor customer service, however the food I have previously ordered from there has been very good.

food was not very warm when it arrived but no delay in delivery and portion size was ok
