polite, prompt, helpful, good service all round

having made my order online i was emailed some 10 mins later to inform me that there was a problem with my order. i called the store and was told that one of my selections was not even on the menu! i chose alternative, and ordered a couple of dips to make up the difference. when my order arrived there was no apology & no dips! okay, we're only talking about the difference of a pound, but a pound is a pound. overall, food was good, service needs work.

Mamma's pizza wasn't very nice when i ordered it for deliverly. The pizza's were bland, dry and a little burnt. Also, although the pizzas where correct the drink we got was not what we ordered. You get what you pay for.

Very impressed with my first order, including service and friendliness.

Delicious food, delivered hot and within the expected delivery estimate and when the snow was really coming down - good work fellas.

Lovely pizza & excellent value for only £8.99 for the 15". Only disappointment was the reason I ordered the seafood with anchovies was because I was craving anchovies & it came with NO anchovies! Might put me off from ordering from there again!

deserts were dry and half frozen. didnt enjoy at all and curly fries were really dry and tastles

i orderd a pizza with garlic bread and a bottle of coke. The delivary man arrived on time but had forgotten the bottle of coke. so gave me the money back for the coke. When i sat down to eat the pizza i soon realisedthat not only was the pizza cold but it wasnt the pizza i orderd. garlic bread was fine.

Food arrived on time, Ordered a halal american hot pizza, driver asked me if i ordered halal which was a nice touch, pizza arrived hot and tasted nice. Had the leftovers the next day and they still tasted great

i thoroughly enjoyed my pizza two nights not cooking yeah

pizza arrived warm after 70mins wait. in the meantime i put up with lie after ridiculous lie from employees contradicting each other, me, and email record of times. was told if i accepted warm pizza and gave a good review to hungryhouse, the NEXT pizza would be free. i declined all there offerings. avoid, its not worth hassle if things go wrong. worst experience ever with regard to ordering food.

Quality of food was allright.but I ordered third time online yesterday still there is no offer for vegetarian pizza and thats make me upset.so you should put some offer for veggy pizza. And yesterday i had problem with paying by my card,i hope you wont charged me twise. Thanks

Pizza taste was horrible.

Pizza tasted nice. Pity it was not the flavour we ordered though.

Good as usual.
