Was later than stated by email. Burrito was not a burrito.
Pizza was extremely burnt, base was extremely tough, also had a burnt taste, paid an additional £2.50 for a garlic and cheese crust, was extremely dry, not actually containing any cheese.
Food was hot when it arrived. Pizzas were reaaly good! And BBQ wings were very yummy!! Will definitely be ordering again.
It took them 3 hours (!) to deliver my order and when it finally arrived at midnight the pizza was cold. I was calling them few times and i was always told that it will be only 15 minutes. This was my first and last order.
i had to wait for the pizza long time and when i got it,the pizza was cold,to much oil and had a verry funny, bad, taste.I was verry hungry but i couldnt eat it so i had to go tesco buy some sandwiches.
Red Planet Pizza is unique in that they offer you a variety of sauces on your pizza base above the standard tomato or BBQ. I opted for a garlic and herb creamy sauce, on a deep pan base, and awaited my order with mild excitement. I'd gone for the 'Deal 1' which includes a medium pizza, four pieces of garlic bread, four chicken wings and a can of soft drink for just under £12. When the food arrived I opened the box to be confronted with what I soon discovered to be a tomato based, stuffed crust pizza. This wasn't what I ordered. Now they didn't give me any mushrooms, which I had requested, but aside from that I was a little disappointed. Don't get me wrong the food was still tasty, and I still enjoyed it, but it wasn't what I ordered, and there was no explanation from the restaurant as to why. I would order from there again, but be wary that you may not get what you asked for.
Not only could the driver not find my house , the food was absolutely repugnant. I ordered a burrito which turned out to be a tasteless over sized oblong samosa and a ice cream cake. This 'cake' which cost me almost £4 turned out to be a tiny slice in a smudged/used take away container. All order items thrown in the bin. Absolutely TERRIBLE.
I can't begin to explain how much I hated about this meal. All the food was cold when it arrived. The burrito was burned and resembled nothing similar to a burrito, and had no sour cream or guacamole in it. The pizza was a greasy mess and the chips were soggy and generally disgusting. The mozzarella sticks resembled soggy, greasy, deep-fried plastic and they even gave us the wrong canned drinks. Avoid at all costs. P.S. I expect to be contacted by hungryhouse or the restaurant to arrange a FULL refund.
Garlic bread was tasteless, pizza was warm rather than hot, chicken wings were bad. Complete waste of money.
