We ordered the "buy any large pizza and get the second free"with a bottle of coke. The Four seasons had no salami and the artichokes had been substituted with green pepper. The Meat feast had no bacon and we could not detect any beef either. To make matters worse the bottle of coke had transformed itself into a Pepsi en route. Will order elsewhere in future where you actually get what you order.

We ordered a pizza deal that came with chips and they forgot the chips which were for my friend. We called up and said they'd send them over in 10 minutes, 45 minutes later still nothing, called again and they said 10 minutes again, another half hour later still nothing, called a third time and they eventually arrived 10 minutes after that. Also our BBQ chicken pizza didn't have bacon on it. Normally have great pizza from here but was very disappointed on this occasion! No real apology or compensation received, was just told they 'were busy'.

Food took almost an hour and a half to arrive.

THE DOUGH WAS GREASY AND THE TOPPINGS WERE SUB-STANDARD. THE DELIVERY WAS QUICK EVEN THOUGH ONE OF MY DRINKS WERE MISSING. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN.

Got the food delivered in the middle of the estimated time so fine. Ordered a set menu (large deal) and they forgot to include chicken wings. Ordered a Pepe-Pepperoni and they gave us a Pepperoni Plus

Very good value for money. The pizza was hot and the drinks were cold. All delivered in great time!

I loved the taste of the pizza and service was also just in time. Great. I am happy even after not getting the offer I had opted for. I had ordered seeing the offer of "buy one get one free". But I don't know what went wrong they delivered only one. still everything was so good that I am happy with hungryhouse. Thanks

The pepperoni pizza with garlic saice was great and so was the coc cola, but the strawberry cheesecake was still frozen and therfore couldn't be eaten straight away and by the time it had defrosted, it was soggy. but the pizza was really good and really cheap, I will order from Kingston Best Pizza again.

Even better than last time! Got the deep pan for the first time, and it was delicious!

The Pizzas were not as we had ordered them, we got a thin crust instead of deep pan, we didnt get a stuffed crust even though we paid for it, the dough was not cooked in the middle and it did not taste that nice either.

Food seemed to take a while to arrive, but it could have been just hungry and impatient us! Other than that we were all happy. Pizzas were a decent size, ribs were not just bones, potato skins were filled with cheese! Will definitely order from here again

Best pizza I've had in a long time

Waited nearly an hour and a half and my pizza was cold, my coleslaw has separated into liquid and chunks, and it's all very unappetising. Really disappointed.

It's a bit expensive but the delivery service is prompt.

For two bottles of white wine I had to pay £45 and the wine was cheap in taste.

I have not received my order. I was more than happy to wait for more than an hour for my order, and the driver came 20min late. I gave him 5 quid just for the effort because it is not his fault! BUT WHEN YOU CAN NOT MANAGE TO DELIVER, THAN DO NOT PROMISE!!!

The only reason I'm rating this place on nil on value for money is because it's extortionate expensive, not necesarily the products as such as the delivery- you pay as for a taxi... Yet products untouched and nothing differing them from the shop. Did actually want to order a diet coke/pepsi/max/zero or anything similar and they had only normal ones. It was delivered in time though. Not bad particularly if you're desperate for some night service, very polite driver!

Drinks 626 were slow, unresponsive, difficult, significantly missed their delivery window (it took them an hour and a half to get to Battersea from Chelsea on Wednesday night), were rude to us when we called to follow up, didn't have parts of our order in stock, hung up on us when we tried to cancel the order, didn't amend the total cost of the order in light of the items they were unable to deliver, have not refunded the difference as they said they would.
